So, first you must download the cursor. I usually download them on dA. Did you learned about how to extract files? If you haven't, read this tutorial first!

1. Download cursor!
2. Go to start menu - click on Control Panel
3. Look for "Appearance and Personalization". Click it!
4. Choose " Personalization"
5. Click "Change Mouse Pointers". Click on "Browse..."
6. Search for the cursor you've download. Then, click "Open"
7. Click "OK" and enjoy your new cursor! :)

Note: If you want to reset your cursor, you can click "Use Default" and, "OK"
